Prior to incorporation, the company was started in 1979 by David Sansone and is currently owned by the company president, Jennifer Sansone. Sansone Company, Inc. concentrates on public works, government and utilities construction while also performing work for individuals and corporations.

Our firm excels in all type of general engineering projects while providing our owners with well-coordinated and well-executed projects. All of which are built with safety as our primary concern.

Over the years we have maintained excellent relationships with our owners, delivering quality projects on time and on budget. in addition to cooperating with our owners, our experienced and professional staff stands ready to share its expertise, often assisting the owner to slightly modify a projects’s design to achieve significant savings in both time and overall expense.

No project is too big or too small. Sansone Company, Inc. is in the business of providing quality service to our clients. For those of you working for the Federal Government, we also accept credit cards, we understand that this is often an efficient manner to deal with some of the smaller projects.

  • Sansone Company was awarded a design/build contract for a condor medical facility in the mountains east of Ventura, CA. This was a fast track project and was completed on time and within budget. Any change orders were the result of additional funding becoming available. Sansone construction added value by suggesting many innovative and cost saving ideas throughout the design and construction phase. This was an extremely remote site which was subject to adverse weather but this had no effect on the delivery date or performance.

PROFESSIONAL / EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
1979 – Present Bid, supervise, and schedule such projects as large scale earthwork, underground, concrete placement, ocean bluff renovation and large
commercial buildings. Prepares, coordinates negotiates contracts,
modifications and project closeout. Supervises all staff in all facets of
contract compliance.

Onsite supervision of specific projects in regards to all phases of civil
engineering. Project coordinator, including estimating, scheduling, pay
estimating and cash control for both public and private sector contracts.

Utilizes and is proficient in Civil Engineering Digitizer, Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft project.

Over 350 public works projects completed, including over 110 projects
for various agencies of the Federal Government (as of year end 2011).
Sansone has never failed to complete a project within the contract time,
nor have we ever been assessed any liquidated damages.
