Sansone Company, Inc. was launched in 1979 by David Sansone and is currently owned by the company president, Jennifer Sansone. The company performs a variety of construction work – primarily for public works projects, but also for individuals and corporations – in San Luis Obispo, San Benito, Kings, Kern, Monterey, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
We are an EDWOSB (Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business) certified business that emphasizes savings, along with staying on budget and on schedule, while providing quality construction built to last. Over the past 35 years, our projects have included military construction, remote sites, solid waste facilities, utility construction and demolition.
Remote Sites
Safety is always a concern for the Sansone Company, Inc., whether it be at a local or remote site. We have performed work at hundreds of sites in the Los Padres and Angeles National Forests for the U.S. Forest Service and other government agencies. Those projects have included all phases of road construction and maintenance, stream bed alteration (including flood control work, drainage basins and channel shaping), and road failure repair.
Military Construction
The Sansone Company, Inc. has a reputation for well-coordinated and well-executed projects completed on time.
We have supported our military with large-scale projects that have included the construction of ammunition storage bunkers, radar facility foundations and launch pad modifications. We’ve also replaced deep utility lines at various facilities, built bridges, live fire training ranges, Fiber Optic, power and water as well as road construction on an emergency basis.
Solid Waste Facilities
At Sansone Company, Inc., our experienced, professional staff is available to share its expertise, often helping clients modify a project’s design to achieve savings in time and money.
At solid waste facilities, Sansone Company, Inc.’s work has included gas extraction wells, conventional (methane) flare skids and H.D.P.E. gas collection manifolds.
Utility Construction
At Sansone Company, Inc., no project is too big or small, as proven by our work in utility construction. Our water projects have included distribution systems, well sites and storage. Our storm drain work has included collection systems, underground storage galleries and structures. And our sewer work has entailed lift stations, treatment ponds and pond liners.
Demolition
At Sansone Company, Inc., we can offer both construction and demolition services. We’ve handled all types of demolition, both “soft” and “hard.” When it’s most cost effective, we use one-site by-product recycling.
